Standing at the top of Joffre Gorge is a little unsettling as you are drawn in and feel you could easily slip and fall. The trek around the gorge to where you can climb down is a difficult one. The rock ledges are steep, but the juxtaposition of colours between the waters of the gorge and the surrounding rock formations make the trek worthwhile.
