Python Pool is at the far end of Millstream in the Chichester National Park. It is a popular swimming spot with densely chiselled surrounding rock faces that afford a beautiful and brightly coloured backdrop to the jade green waters of the pool. This painting is of a location to the left of the sheer rock face beneath the shade of the gum trees where the early morning light danced across the pool creating colourful reflections.
