Fern Pool is a sacred spot above Fortescue Falls in Dales Gorge. It is a space where you can connect with the wisdom, magic and soul of the land It is expected that, if swimming, one should enter the pool gently so as not to disrespect or disturb the ancient spirits that dwell in the area. The pool is very deep and cold and is fed by a beautiful waterfall. Small fish nibble at your feet when in the water.
